My wife and I went to two other Jeep dealerships (Fred Frederick and Tate) before we ended up here. Wow, what a difference. We worked with Andrea, who was refreshingly helpful and high energy. She knew the product, the inventory, and offered some great solutions. She helped us order a Wrangler Sahara to the exact specs we wanted (which we didn't know was an option until we got here). We saved so much money ordering without the things we didn't want (like the color matched top and the cold weather group) that we were happy to just pay the invoice price. She kept us updated on the status of the order and, as dumb as it sounds, made the process fun. It felt like we were buying a car from a friend. I've heard great things about their service department through some Jeep friends but it's hard to get an appointment (or a call back). If you stalk them and are lucky enough to get someone in service to pick up, it usually takes about a week to get in. I needed a couple of small warranty things looked at but ended up just taking it to Firestone and paying. From what I hear, these guys seem to really know Wranglers. I have a buddy in Northern Virginia who brings his Wrangler all the way up here to have it worked on. I'll reserve them for the big stuff. Overall, super happy with the process and the Wrangler, and I'm glad we ended up here.
We have always been pleased with Adams Jeep. They provide professional, friendly service. We now have 2 jeeps...a 2014 and a 2018.
My reason for contacting Adam's Jeep was it's close proximity to where I live. This is definitely a dealership that I would recommend people going out of their way. Rodney worked with me to get the vehicle that I wanted close to the price point that I set out to spend. Nicole provided the assistance needed to push the purchase over the finish line along with giving in-depth detail on features of my Compass. Best tech, service, and care. Only place I ever took my Chrysler 300C for service until I moved to California. Worth every penny.
After corresponding back & forth with Caroline over email, we went to "look" at a Jeep Renegade. Caroline provided us with excellent customer service - stayed WAY past the time she was supposed to leave. Usually, the car buying experience is a very painful process, but definitely not the case at this dealership. We didn't feel pressured or hurried to make a decision. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and got us right near the price point we were looking for. Will definitely recommend this dealership to others!
